The Tech & Trust Award is a Security & IT recognition program designed to spotlight employees across all departments who actively help protect our data, support secure and reliable use of technology, and lead by example in how they work.
This is more than just a “nice job”. It’s a culture builder. It creates visible reinforcement that the small things matter:

Two award cadences, one simple nomination form, and public recognition.

Recognize specific behaviors (e.g., phishing reporting, secure collaboration, helpfulness with IT).

Rank the top security or IT advocates for that quarter with Gold/Silver/Bronze medals.

Nominations
Anyone can nominate a coworker using a short form. The IST team reviews submissions and selects winners.

Winners are announced via Slack, email, and quarterly all-hands. Swag and prizes may also be included.
